Recreational mathematics is real mathematics presented in a context that makes it fun, interesting, and challenging. This approach is a motivational miracle! The materials for this course include a box full of puzzles, riddles, games, number tricks, and brainteasers ready to use in the classroom and appropriate for a wide range of skill and interest levels. Teachers will make and use activities in the classroom and will gain practical suggestions on how recreational mathematics can enhance and enrich mathematics teaching. This course may be completed with or without students. Grades K-12.
